Der Vertrag hat eine Laufzeit von zehn Jahren und tritt im Jahr 2023 in Kraft, wenn die Lokomotiven des Typs Dr19 in den kommerziellen Verkehr gehen.  Mit der Entscheidung wird der Triebfahrzeugpark der VR Group vollst\u00e4ndig von VR FleetCare gewartet.
