Operateur des Zuges sowie Vor- und Nachlauf per Lkw ist Metrocargo Italia (MCI), die seit 2018 das Terminal in Borgo San Dalmazzo betreibt. Als EVU ist FuoriMuro involviert, deren 28,6 %-Gesellschafter MCI ist.
