Die 060EA wurde urspr\u00fcnglich vom rum\u00e4nischen Hersteller Electroputere nach Yugoslawien geliefert. Sp\u00e4ter ver\u00e4u\u00dferte die serbische Staatsbahn \u017dS die sechsachsige 461-022 zur\u00fcck nach Rum\u00e4nien, wo sie als 40-1097 bei der Transferoviar Grup (TFG) und sp\u00e4ter bei der Constantin Grup zum Einsatz kam.
