Die Akquisition wird durch das Infrastrukturinvestitionsvehikel CargoRoll Holding AG strukturiert, das darauf abzielt.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image size-full\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" width=\"231\" height=\"112\" src=\"http:\/\/www.railfreight.eu\/dr-ne\/wp-content\/uploads\/2023\/05\/image001.jpg\" alt=\"\" class=\"wp-image-36577\"\/><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<p>Die Rail Innovators Group ist mit den Marken Railrelease (Waggonvermietung), Rail Force One (Traktionsdienste), Raillogix (Schienenlogistik) und Combo Wagon Service (Wartung von Schienenfahrzeugen) in verschiedenen Segmenten t\u00e4tig. Die Rail Innovators Group hat ihren Hauptsitz in den Niederlanden und ist in Europa \u00fcber Tochtergesellschaften in Deutschland, Tschechien und Polen aktiv. Die Gruppe erzielte 2022 einen Umsatz von rund 80 Millionen Euro.
