Im Februar 2026 war eine Pr\u00e4sentation der Investmentbanken Lazard und Indosuez Corporate an potenzielle Investoren geschickt worden. Darin wurde ein 49-Prozent-Anteil mit 800 Millionen EUR bewertet.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>CMA CGM hat in der Vergangenheit bereits die Bahnunternehmen Continental Rail (Spanien) und Freightliner UK Intermodal Logistics (UK) \u00fcbernommen.
