Gefahren wird zwischen Piele\u0219ti bzw. dem Rohrwalzwerk Slatina und dem Stahlwerk Re\u0219i\u021ba unter Nutzung von 24 Eaos der Rolling Stock Company (RSCO).<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Beide Werke sind Teil von Artrom Steel Tubes und haben rund 2.000 Mitarbeiter. 2023 erfolgte Notverkauf der russischen Besitzer rund um den Oligarchen Dmytry Pumpianskij als TMK an die auf Investitionen in Bergbau und Schwerindustrie spezialisierten Kapitalgesellschaft Hefaistos Kapital. Ab Januar 2025 war die US-amerikanische Great Lakes Global Holding (GLGH) Eigent\u00fcmer. <a href=\"https:\/\/ir.tenaris.com\/news-releases\/news-release-details\/tenaris-acquire-artrom-steel-tubes-sa-seamless-pipe\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">Am 08.05.2026 gab Tenaris die \u00dcbernahme von Artrom Steel Tubes<\/a> f\u00fcr einen Kaufpreis in H\u00f6he von 86 Mio. EUR bekannt.
